We always love our customer and customer is always first in our restaurant. That is why we reply to customer when we heard from customer concern or comments , so we can resolve the issue and keep them loyal to our restaurant -

Usually I don't care to review fast food unless the customer service was really good or really bad. In this case it was bad.
I ordered a sub from a lovely young lady who made it and put it in the oven and then the manager came and told her to go do something, did not acknowledge me, continued to train her new staff, and when the sub was ready she just looked at me and said "what is this?" So she could ring it up for me, she took my money, no thank you, no have a nice day, just rude in her tone of voice even when she asked what I had ordered.
You as a manager should never look so busy and annoyed that it shows to your customers. Terrible customer service. -

While the meal we had was ok we didn't exactly get what we wanted as we could not understand anything the staff said we tried to say what we wanted but had no idea if they understood and when they asked us if we wanted something it was easier to say yes, won't go back that's for sure.

The owner messaged me after reading the Yelp rating. The excuse he gave me is basically this: If the person in front asks for more toppings, he'll try and save by giving the person behind less topping. Unreal, so you'll get less for the same amount of money. If anyone wants to see the message I'll gladly send it.
